At Trendsfit Finds, we scout the best so you can shop with confidence. We want you to be thrilled with your latest tech or fashion movement, but we know sometimes a "find" isn't the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a secure refund process and a straightforward 7-day return policy in Pakistan.
The 7-Day Scout Guarantee
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for hassle-free tech returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to verify your scouted find.
How to Start a Return

Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We like to keep things organized!
Damages and Issues (The "Make It Right" Clause)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We offer damaged item replacement tech solutions and will ensure a quick resolution, whether it's a replacement, exchange, or refund under our Trendsfit Finds satisfaction guarantee.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Even the best scouts have some limits. Certain items cannot be returned:

Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (The Fast Track)
The fastest way to ensure you get the fashion movement or gadget you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the most efficient method to keep up with the latest trends.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
